This time, I was going more for a Rise Of The Triad-y style, which I am a big fan of. I am currently working on some variations in the wall tiles, so that they don’t appear too monotone in big levels. As I said at the start of the post, this is the direct sequel to Shadow Of The Wool Ball.

The next steps will be graphical level design mainly, speaking sprites, tiles and decoration.

We are going to include some voice acting to let the game appear more lively! (I already spoke my role, but I won’t tell you, who I gave my voice to) The Soundtrack for the ending cinematic of ROTWB.Once again, it was a lot of fun going all orchestra-style in this one.

The engine we use is the ZDoom Engine v.2.8.1, the fancy painting tool is… well, microsoft paint :D and I personally compose my songs via Anvil Studio (it is very nice for beginners, but also very rudimentary).
